Our Role in Shaping the Future

Latinos in the United States account for nearly 1 in 5 Americans and generate $2.8 trillion in gross domestic product. Latinos are key contributors to the economic prosperity of the whole nation. However, large disparities in wealth have long existed between Latinos and other Americans. These disparities were further exacerbated by the pandemic.

As our society grows increasingly complex, we face significant challenges, but we are also presented with momentous opportunities. Latinos could generate an additional $2.3 trillion if economic parity were achieved. We believe that business ownership and entrepreneurship, digital skills, and leadership development are the necessary tools for Latinos to build intergenerational wealth that also benefits the US economy and our country’s global competitiveness.
