The Aspen Institute

The objective of the policy meeting convened by the Aspen Institute Romania on 26 November in Bucharest is to create a high level economic policy platform contributing to the ongoing debate on the economic policy choices available to the European Union and the member states for increased competitiveness.

The roundtable policy meeting continues and feeds into the series of debates on economic and social governance launched earlier this year by the International Network of Aspen Institutes. On 26 November the meeting is looking at the economic choices for Romania with the EU Agenda 2020 as a basis and starting point for a focused conversation.
