Society of Fellows Fireside Chat and Reception: Why Plato?

The Society of Fellows of the Aspen Institute invite you to the first Fireside Chat of the season, beginning with a celebratory reception at 5:30 pm. The remarks will begin at 6pm.

Plato’s reflections on the examined life continue to echo in our own day–from the government shut down and income inequality to digital security and the future of the arts. Find out how Plato still matters, and why his works still play an important part in the Institute’s seminar and other offerings.

Featuring Todd Breyfogle, Director of Seminars at the Aspen Institute. Complimentary for Fellows and Aspen Community Friends and Subscribers.

Donors may register for complimentary tickets here, or by contacting Patrick.Kelly@aspeninst.org or (970) 544-7924. Public tickets: $15 at aspenshowtix.com or by calling 970-920-5770. Doerr-Hosier Center, The Aspen Institute.
