Sejal is the Chief Growth Officer for NOW a payments company. At NOW she manages sales, Marketing, Product and Client Success. Prior to NOW she was the SVP and General Manager in the Banking and Capital Markets team for GENPACT. Prior to Gnepact she was the General Manager of the Global Marketing Hub at American Express in New York City. Prior to that she was the CMO of Ezetap, a B2B payments company based in Bangalore, India. She is also the Co-Founder of Sonder Connect. In her previous role, Sejal was the President and Managing Director of TAS Analytic Services Private Limited, a Time Inc. company. Sejal founded the organization in 2006 and it currently employs over 900 professionals who support Time Inc.’s content division with its business analytics, marketing research, technology and operations.
Prior to her current role, Sejal was the VP of Business Development for Time Inc. in New York, where she wrote the business plan for Time Inc India. Sejal began her career at Time Inc. as the Business Development Director for Money magazine. After her role at Money, she was the Marketing Director for the Real Simple and InStyle magazines. Before joining Time Inc., Sejal was a Senior Manager for Business Development for American Express in New York City. Sejal has previously served on the Board of Trustees of Princeton University and is currently the President of the Global Alumni Board of Harvard Business School. . Sejal is an avid reader, an accomplished runner and an aspiring golfer and viola player. Sejal recently successfully completed the New York City Marathon. She currently lives in New York City, with her husband and two young daughters. Sejal has a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a Fellow of Famous V of Ananta Aspen Centre’s Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship as well as a moderator for and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
