Jenn Ziegler serves as Director, People & Strategic Operations at the Aspen Institute. In this role, Jenn creates, hones, and implements people strategies that foster success across all aspects of the employee experience.
Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Jenn spent 20 years in various HR roles encompassing the full employment life cycle, which also included being in the DoD Government contracting space for the last 15 years. As the Director of Human Resources at Global Systems Engineering, she established HR as a high-level strategic function, championed investment in HR capability development, and steered large-scale transformation of the HR practices, policies, and procedures.
She received her BA in Political Science/Law and Society from the University of California San Diego and has been a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management, having achieved certification as both a PHR and SHRM-CP.
