Aspen Ideas: Climate 2024 Adds US Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, US Energy Secretary Jennifer M. Granholm, Washington Governor Jay Inslee, and Apple Vice President Lisa Jackson to Lineup

Hundreds of inspiring climate leaders and innovators will gather in Miami Beach from March 11-13 to explore climate solutions.

Miami Beach, FL, February 22, 2024 – With just over two weeks before opening day, Aspen Ideas: Climate 2024 today announced more high profile speakers set to attend the solutions-focused event in Miami Beach, including leading clean energy policymakers and a key voice from the private sector. Among the speakers announced today:

  • United States Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, who will participate in a fireside chat with two young leaders from the Aspen Institute’s Center for Native American Youth and Fresh Tracks initiatives.
  • United States Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm, appearing in conversation with NBC Today Show Weather Anchor Al Roker.
  • A conversation between the Co-Chairs of the climate action coalition America Is All In, with Washington Governor Jay Inslee and Lisa Jackson, Apple’s Vice President of Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives; and former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator.

More than 100 speakers are now announced, with global climate leaders and innovators spanning every sector set to participate from March 11-13.
