Lisa Frison leads Citi’s strategy to deliver solutions to create greater access and outcomes for underserved customers and drive business growth. As a diverse segments veteran, Lisa has spent her career building on-ramps to help people navigate the financial system. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has led initiatives supporting U.S. customers with affordable financial solutions, improving access to products, and enhancing financial education and resources. Prior to Citi, Lisa served as Head of Diverse Customer Segments Enterprise Growth Initiatives at Wells Fargo. She also led strategic alliance initiatives for financial services, acquisition, and customer engagement experiences at The Walt Disney Company. Committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, Lisa is a member of the CALIBR Global Leadership Network, which accelerates the careers of Black mid-level executives, and a founding member of the Charlotte, North Carolina cohort of Pipeline Angels, an organization changing the face of angel investing by raising capital for women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Rochester and a B.S. from Clarkson University.
