  • The Aspen Institute strives to seek written permission for the right to audio/video record or photograph all individuals invited to speak at our public events. This ensures that speakers are aware we may use these images and recordings on our website, in our publications, or share them with outside media organizations, and that we have appropriate authorization to do so.

    To secure permission from speakers at your event, please use the tool below to generate a unique link for your event that you may send to speakers, directing them to an online form where they can indicate their consent to the terms of our standard media release.

    This tool generates a link that you, as the host of an event, can send to each speaker. Data from completed speaker release forms is available via the Web Team.
