Announcing the 2024 Class of China Fellows

October 23, 2024  • China Fellowship Program and Aspen Global Leadership Network

After a selective process with more than 120 nominations, we’re excited to announce the eighth class of the Aspen China Fellowship Program. All 20 Fellows in the new class are accomplished private-sector leaders who, having achieved significant professional success, are now ready to apply their talents, skills, and resources toward building a more prosperous and good society in an increasingly globalized world community.

To meet the needs of today’s global context, Class Eight expands the Fellowship’s geographic reach, welcoming leaders with business coverage ranging from Beijing, Guangxi, Hong Kong, to the US and SE Asia. This cohort also represents greater industry diversity, including not only traditional pillars of the Chinese market, such as real estate, investment, and education, but also a new generation of leaders driving innovation in arts, advanced technologies, and Web3.

The Aspen China Fellowship Program energizes private sector business leaders of the Greater China region to step up to the greatest challenges in the region in today’s global context. Each Fellow has been selected because they have achieved real success in their careers and, yet, are at a point in their lives where they’d like to have a broader impact. The program is designed to guide them through a personal journey of reflection, insight and action in an area where they’d like to make that impact. As such, they will become more effective, enlightened leaders and will move “from success to significance.” The Aspen China Fellowship Program is completely non-political in nature. This program is made possible thanks to a generous gift from David M. Rubenstein through the Rubenstein Leadership Fund.
