Changes in Foreign Aid over the Last Decade
This month the World Bank released a report on the last decade of changes in foreign assistance. Among the points of discussion: while aid has grown substantially in absolute terms, its relative importance has declined in most countries due to increasing fragmentation, new players in the field and, well, successful interventions.
