A graduating senior at St. Joseph Catholic School in Greenville, MS, Amaya is an active member of her school and home communities through the National Honor Society, varsity cheer team, SJS Ambassadors, Greenville Mayor’s Youth Council, and PACC Teenettes, where she serves as secretary. Amaya believes in volunteerism, quality education for students with disabilities, and supporting women’s rights. Amaya will attend Delta State University this fall to pursue a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences.
