Flying Inside Your Own Body, Margaret Atwood
Meditation
In the dream world, the magic of our subconscious mind reigns free. Margaret Atwood describes the joys of the dreamworld in stark comparison with the reality of our lives. In dreams, we can create, exhibit divine powers, explore fears and desires. Atwood describes this joy of freedom as being only possible in the dreamworld, and yet our subconscious only displays that which already lives within us. In your wildest dreams, what freedoms did you experience? How was it different from the life you lead? How can you begin to explore such freedom in your own reality?
