June is here. At the Aspen Institute that means the start to our summer of events in Aspen, CO. However, before things ramp up in Aspen we have several big events happening elsewhere.
The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) will release its fourth annual Impact Report on June 13 in Washington, DC. The report is a one-of-a-kind publication offering data on the current state of the small and growing businesses sector for the past year and the efforts and impact of ANDE’s members. It also offers action items to further catalyze support and investment dollars to drive economic growth in developing countries.
The Aspen Institute Food Security Strategy Group‘s inaugural dialogue happens June 15-17 in Morocco. Forty experts in the field will be brought together by the Institute’s Energy and Environment, Global Health and Development, and Middle East Programs. Learn more about their work from Dan Glickman, executive director of the Institute’s Congressional Program and a former Secretary of Agriculture.
