Suicide Prevention Positions Open in Flagstaff

IS SEEKING TO HIRE DEDICATED, INNOVATIVE PERSONS TO CARRY OUT A CUTTING-EDGE SUICIDE PREVENTION AND EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM:


OPEN PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS (open until August 29 or open until filled): 



  • Project Manager

  • Clinical Supervisor (i.e., LCSW, LPC)

  • Mental Health Specialist (x2)

  • Administrative Secretary

Background, experience, and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required (see NACA website for postings):



  • Developing community partnerships

  • Coalition building

  • Suicide prevention, training

  • Clinical expertise

This project will serve Coconino County and Native American communities, and is funded under a three-year grant received on August 1st from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA).


Primary focus will be directed toward community coalition building and the provision of evidence-based training to prevent suicidal behavior among at-risk populations.
