Aspen Leadership Series: Conversations with Great Leaders in memory of Preston Robert Tisch presents Jeffrey Rosen discussing “The State of the U.S. Constitution in the 21st Century” with Jan Crawford.
Jeffrey Rosen is the president and chief executive officer of the National Constitution Center. He is also a professor at The George Washington University Law School, the legal affairs editor of The New Republic, and a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, where he explores issues involving the future of technology and the Constitution. He has recorded a lecture series for the Teaching Company’s Great Courses on “Privacy, Property, and Free Speech: Law and the Constitution in the 21st Century.” Rosen’s essays and commentaries have appeared in the New York Times Magazine, The Atlantic Monthly, and on National Public Radio, and he is a staff writer of The New Yorker.
Jan Crawford is CBS News’ political correspondent and CBS News’ chief legal correspondent, and contributes regularly to the “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley,” “CBS This Morning,” and “Face The Nation,” as well as CBS Radio News and CBSNews.com.
