Healthy Colorado: Building Electrification Forum
The Aspen Institute, in partnership with the Colorado Forum and The Nature Conservancy, is hosting a discussion on the challenges and opportunities associated with building electrification in Colorado. We will have an opportunity to engage with industry experts who will explore whether electrification of buildings is economic, pragmatic, and technologically feasible.
The Building Electrification conversation will be moderated by the Executive Director of the Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Program, Greg Gershuny. Speakers will represent a range of industry expertise to ensure a dynamic dialogue.
This conversation is part of an ongoing effort by the Healthy Colorado Initiative. The Healthy Colorado Initiative is a joint effort by the Colorado Forum and The Nature Conservancy to engage business leaders and the State in making Colorado an exemplar in sustainability and emission reductions. The Healthy Colorado Initiative has a multi-pronged approach, with emphasis on buildings, electrification and the grid, transportation, the outdoor industry and natural resources, and advocacy.
Due to our desire to enable a robust conversation on this topic, we will only be able to admit the first 50 individuals who RSVP for the meeting. Please RSVP to Mackenzie Tennery at mackenzietennery@coloradoforum.com. We will send the Zoom link to those who RSVP.
