more effective donor harmonization. To carry this work forward, the Ministry of Health in Senegal hosted a MLI workshop on February 18, 2010 to:

– review and validate the two technical reports on resource allocation and donor harmonization developed for the Ministry by local consultants;

– review MLI activites and accomplishments in 2009;

– and to discuss the MLI work plan for 2010.

Around 40 participants from the Ministry of Health were invited to attend, including the EIPS (Health Sector Policy Initiatives Team) and MLI Task Force and members of the delegations that went on the study tours to Mali and Rwanda in the second half of 2009.
