Our Society Reimagined is a four-week series that provides an opportunity to explore the domestic issues that have shaped our modern society, as well as a chance to gain perspective on the underlying values and ideas that we hold as individuals and as a society, and how these tenets shape our lives.
Wednesday, November 4: Election 2020
The 2020 election will be a watershed moment for American society. While the outcome will likely still be uncertain when this session takes place, there’s no uncertainty surrounding the need to discuss the outcomes and implications of this significant election. Should we compromise our principles in order to bring our society back together again and move away from the intensifying partisanship of the last decade? What messages have come from the voters to help direct the future strategies of both political parties?
