The Defined Contribution (DC) Program
The Defined Contribution (DC) Program, takes place in Vancouver on June 5 and 6, immediately after the International Center for Pension Management’s (ICPM) Discussion Forum. The event is a joint effort between NEST Insight, Aspen FSP and the ICPM, which is a member-based organization for institutional asset-owners (a number of public Defined Benefits plans from Canada, the US, some of the large Dutch funds, USS and NEST from the UK, a couple of the large Australian super funds, ATP in Denmark and a number of others). ICPM’s research partners meet twice a year, and this year NEST Insight and Aspen FSP are adding a 1.5 day discussion event to their meeting, with the goal of bringing together asset owners, academics, policy-makers and selected industry representatives to discuss the major issues facing DC systems globally and to highlight best practice in responding to those issues.
