Society of Fellows members are invited to join us in Aspen at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Monday, July 19 for an SOF Discussion Reception featuring Gloria Browne-Marshall, author and professor of constitutional law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), and John Yoo, Emanuel Heller professor of law at the University of California at Berkeley, in conversation with Adam Liptak, United States Supreme Court correspondent for The New York Times, about the most recent Supreme Court term, the new composition of the court, and what the new Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court may propose.
