SOF Discussion Reception: What’s Next? The Future for Global Public Health
Society of Fellows members are invited to join us in Aspen at 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time on Wednesday, June 23 for an SOF Discussion Reception featuring Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the US National Institutes of Health, and Sylvia M. Burwell, president of American University and former US Secretary of Health and Human Services, on what lies ahead in the wake of the pandemic and how to anticipate and prevent future global health crises. Note: Dr. Fauci will participate remotely and President Burwell will moderate the discussion in person.
While we are pleased to present you with this opportunity to register, we ask that you please do so thoughtfully. To ensure that every available seat will be utilized for each event, we will implement a strict cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend an event for which you are registered, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice prior to the event. If you fail to show up to an event for which you are registered without having provided notice of your cancelation, we reserve the right to cancel your registration for subsequent events. Of course we understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable emergencies, but otherwise we must do everything we can to accommodate the maximum number of SOF members for each program.
