Women Catalysts: Inspiring Stories of Global Health Entrepreneurship
Women play an incredible yet underrepresented role in shaping the global health innovation landscape. Despite pivotal contributions to transformative inventions and advancements, only 28% of the workforce in science and engineering in the United States are women, with a mere 17% receiving venture capital support.
This Women’s History Month, the Aspen Global Innovators Group and MIT Solve invite you to celebrate and commemorate the work of women in innovation, highlighting female social entrepreneurs who are addressing critical issues in health, climate, education, and economics. Alongside applauding their achievements, we will champion ongoing efforts needed to foster an inclusive environment that empowers and supports the success of women in innovation.
