Writers in Residence: Tom Bouman

June Writers in Residence with Tom Bouman

A former book editor and musician, Tom Bouman is the author of the novel Dry Bones in the Valley, which won a 2015 Los Angeles Times Book Prize and an Edgar Allan Poe Award.

Throughout the summer and fall, Aspen Words hosts readings featuring writers in residence. These intimate gatherings are a chance for the community to discover new authors, and get a sneak peak at the creative process and never-before-seen writing. To familiarize the community with the authors’ work, Aspen Words will distribute free books in advance of each event. Author bios, event dates + locations of monthly events will be available at aspenwords.org
