The 2015 Project Play Summit, hosted at the Newseum by the Sports and Society Program, celebrated the release of the report “Sport for All, Play for Life: A Playbook to Get Every Kid in the Game” and advocated for eight strategies and over 40 ideas to create opportunities for all children to get active through sports, thereby improving public health. By the end of the Summit, over a dozen organizations announced commitments to action consistent with the report. |
