2019 has been a tremendous year for upskilling. Business big and small have announced new or expanded programs that will help workers improve their skills, do better work, and have new opportunities for success. To share the great work that companies are doing to upskill their workers, UpSkill America is surveying businesses to learn more about the new programs that were created this year. If you have started, expanded, or significantly changed an upskilling program in 2019, please take our survey so we can help share your work. We plan to publish the results, along with our own research, at the end of the year to shine a light on the work that has been done.
The survey will only take a few minutes and sharing your work will help advance upskilling as valuable business practice that helps attract talent and boost employees. Please complete the survey by November 25, so we can share your successes this year. We look forward to seeing your response.
