2018 has been a tremendous year for upskilling. Businesses big and small have announced new or expanded programs that will help millions of workers improve their skills, do better work, and have new opportunities for advancement.
To share the great work that companies are doing to upskill their workers, UpSkill America is surveying businesses to learn more about the new programs that were created this year.
If you have started, expanded, or significantly changed an upskilling program in 2018, please take a moment to fill out our survey so we can learn about and help share your work. We plan to publish the results, along with our own research, at the end of the year to shine a light on the work that has been done and the progress of the upskilling movement.
The survey will only take a few minutes and sharing your work will help advance upskilling as a valuable business practice that helps boost employees and attract new talent.
Please submit your survey by Tuesday, November 20, to be sure your program is included in our end-of-year report. We look forward to seeing your response. (If the survey below is not working, please click here to submit your response.)
