Today, Herschend Enterprises, the nation’s largest privately-owned themed attractions corporation, announced it will cover 100% of tuition, fees, and books for employees enrolled in its new GROW U. education program. GROW U. will launch on February 24 for all 11,000 seasonal, part-time, and full-time employees of its 25 attractions across the US, including Dollywood, the Harlem Globetrotters, Silver Dollar City, Kentucky Kingdom, and more. GROW U. hosts more than 100 diploma, degree, and certificate programs across 30 learning partners in Guild Education’s Learning Marketplace, including in fields such as business administration and leadership, culinary, finance, technology, and marketing. Additionally, the company will provide up to $5,250 per year for 150 additional programs in fields like hospitality, engineering, human resources, and art design. Read more.
