Haley Littleton currently manages communications and public engagement for the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Haley has a master’s from the University of Denver where her research focused on literature’s role in galvanizing and supporting large scale social movements and the way narrative shapes our social and political behaviors. Haley has a long history of freelance writing for political and outdoor-focused publications and continues to work as a freelance writer focused on cultural theory. Haley also serves on the Summit County Library Board of Trustees, works with the Cycle Effect, an organization geared towards making mountain biking accessible to all, and is developing a project geared towards fostering conversation between diverse groups of womxn. For fun during the winter months, Haley coaches ski racing.
