Adam Melnick has spent the last decade focusing on his passion of building relationships and connecting people with the goals of helping others to take steps forward on paths they may not have otherwise found. As a Skilled Tradesman in Ontario he has spent 8 years with the Heat and Frost Insulator Training Centre as both an Instructor and Director of Training. His belief in collaborations and partnerships contributed to the updating of curriculum and the adoption of the federal Red Seal in Ontario for the Heat and Frost Insulator.Now, Adam serves his Provincial Union as a Business Agent. Taking his efforts towards new objectives focusing on expanding previous collaborations and developing new partnerships, while maintaining a focus on Skilled Trades Pathways and Construction Partnerships in Ontario.
Adam Melnick is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2018, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
