Alexis Anderson is a Program Assistant with the Energy and Environment Program (EEP). Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Alexis was the ICT and Administrative Intern at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency that aims to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees. She also worked at the Office of Sponsored Programs at George Mason University where she analyzed faculty research proposals and closures while leading the student office assistants’ team for two years. She graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies and a master’s degree in Global Governance and Public Management. She lives in Fairfax, Virginia with her cat named Binx, but is originally from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
