Andrew Reddin is Senior Director, Partnerships at NPower Canada, a non-profit organization that launches youth into meaningful ICT careers through providing no-cost skills training, paid internships, job placement and 2 years of post-hire, career laddering supports. Andrew has over 10 years’ experience in the workforce development field, having worked for organizations including Social Capital Partners, The Centre for Education and Training, and ACCES Employment. Andrew’s areas of expertise include business development, account management, fundraising, general management, and program design and delivery.

Andrew Reddin is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2018, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
