Ari Mizrahi is responsible for the coordination of our local ACP speaker series, lectures and seminars hosted at The Aspen Institute campus in Colorado.
Originally from Washington D.C., Ari grew up with a global life philosophy. He has lived in Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica and Australia and visited countless countries across the world. But even after trekking through Peru, surfing in Thailand, and exploring the cultures of India, Ari will always consider Colorado his “true home” and has been planting deep roots in the local Aspen community for over a decade.
After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Ari relocated to Denver to launch a business career working for technology companies such as J.D. Edwards, Qwest Communications and Wazee Digital. He negotiated contracts, developed strategic partnerships and helped build a tech start-up from the ground up.
Prior to joining The Aspen Institute, Ari partnered with long-time Aspen local and former mayor Bill Stirling to build a successful career working at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In addition to his real estate experience, Ari has also worked in five-star hospitality roles and has discovered a deep passion for the Roaring Fork Valley including the natural beauty and close-knit community.
Ari’s love for learning new cultures and languages keeps him traveling internationally every year. He also loves almost anything in the outdoors including snowboarding, hiking and camping. If he must be inside, you will find him enjoying fine wine, reading great novels or taking in live music at Aspen’s famed Belly Up.
