Ashley Murguia Topete earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Information Technology at the University of Arkansas – Little Rock. She currently works at Just Communities of Arkansas, where she contributes to creating a space within the community to give people a sense of safety to talk about issues of equity and inclusion. As a proud Mexican-American, Ashley feels strongly about being an advocate for the Hispanic/Latinx community. Selected to participate as a 2019-2020 St. Louis fellow of the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (AYLF) program.
