As the Director, Programs and Services at Skills for Change, Avril Gray-White’s responsibilities include management of employment and skills training programs and development of new initiatives to assist in the integration of Canadian and newcomer professionals (re)entering the Canadian labour market, as well as of youth working to establish their career. Avril Gray-White has a Master’s in Business Administration from Minot State University in North Dakota and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Avril Gray-White is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2016-17, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
