Bernadette Trail has been with Methodist Health System since 2006 and served in the role of HR Business Partner and currently as the HR General for the Charlton campus. Methodist Health System has become one of the leading healthcare providers in North Texas, with several locations across the state. Serving in the role of the HR Generalist Bernadette is heavily engaged in a proactive strategic approach to employee relations opportunities by identifying employee relations trends, recommending solutions that provide positive outcome and address the root causes. As the HR Generalist it is Bernadette’s role to thoroughly investigate employee relations complaints, grievances and concerns and make appropriate recommendations based on established policies, guidelines and labor laws. Bernadette Trail is actively engaged in the working with various community organizations to recruit, train and hire underemployed and unemployed talent. She collaborates with other healthcare organizations in the area to standardize education, training and hiring of front line workers. Recently Methodist Health System was awarded Frontline Healthcare Worker Champion which Bernadette was very instrumental in achieving this award.
Bernadette Trail is a member of the Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
