Bronwyn Oatley is a Manager with the Toronto Enterprise Fund, Canada’s leading supporter of employment social enterprises — businesses that create training and employment opportunities for people who face barriers to the labour market. Formerly, Bronwyn served as a Policy Advisor for the Social Enterprise Branch at the Ministry of Economic Development and Growth, supporting the development of Ontario’s second social enterprise strategy. Bronwyn has also worked at the MaRS Discovery District, Canada’s largest innovation hub, and has served as an independent social enterprise consultant. In a volunteer capacity, Bronwyn is on the Steering Committee for Resource Movement, an organization that mobilizes young people with wealth and class privilege toward the equitable distribution of land, wealth, and power; and on the Board of Directors for the Gilbert Centre, an organization that supports the LGBTQ community in Barrie, Ontario.
Bronwyn Oatley is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2018, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
