Throughout Catherine’s career, she has gained experience in finance and grants management ranging from US government, international government, and foundation funders. She has created policies and processes around financial management, advised on grant management best practices, and provided innovative solutions when needed. She started at the Institute working for the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) program in October 2018. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked at National 4-Council overseeing the National Mentoring Program funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention that provides mentorship for vulnerable youth populations in the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from American University.
