Celeste is the current CEO of Water Education for Latino Leaders, an organization that aims to increase Latino leadership in and knowledge of water in the west. Prior to Water Education for Latino leaders, she spent ten years as the General Manager of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority. Cantu is interested in continuing to work to increase Latino leadership in California’s Water Districts. She holds a Bachelors of Arts, Urban Planning & Policy from Yale University and a Masters of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
