Celeste Cummings graduated from the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (AYLF) as a part of the St. Louis 2018 cohort. Her community impact project focused on the inclusion of African American history in elementary schools. Celeste graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, a minor in Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude, and a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society. She currently works as a Research Technician at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine and was one of the youth facilitators for AYLF’s St. Louis 2020 cohort. Celeste will be attending Chiropractic School at Logan University in September 2021, so she can pursue her love for health and wellness. Her goal is to specialize in pediatrics and eventually open her own practice. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes, traveling, and playing with her dog Baxter.
