Chelsi Chang is the Practice Associate for the Education and Society Program at Aspen Institute. Prior to joining Aspen, Chelsi worked with a South-Florida based organization that aimed to improve postsecondary access for low-income, first-generation, and students of color. She left the organization to earn a Master’s in Public Affairs. While studying, Chelsi interned a mission-based consulting firm that supported districts, community colleges, and higher education organizations as they aimed to improve systems and processes for students.
