Colleen Bivona has served as Associate Director for Grants Development and Management for the Maricopa County Community College District since 2013. In this role, she provides leadership and support for the development and implementation of grant-funded programs. Prior to joining Maricopa, she worked in program management and grant administration at Arizona State University. She has developed and managed projects for various federal agencies and private foundations, including the US Department of Labor, the National Science Foundation, and the US Department of Education. Colleen is a graduate of Tufts University (BA), Arizona State University (MA), and Northern Arizona University (MA). She is Grant Professional Certified (GPC) and is a Certified Research Administrator®.
