Colleen Briggs is a member of the Working Group on Inclusive Finance.

Colleen Briggs is Head of Inclusive Banking within the Office of Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She is responsible for helping develop and execute the firm’s strategies to promote inclusive products and services, including advising the development and implementation of the firm’s $30 billion commitment to advance racial equity by harnessing the firm’s products, hiring, philanthropy and advocacy to help dismantle structural inequities within the firm. Specifically, Colleen helped launch new strategies to advance affordable housing and homeownership, small business growth, financial health, and access to credit for Black and Latinx communities. To scale these racial equity commitments, Colleen managed Jamie Dimon’s Chairmanship of the Business Roundtable’s Subcommittee to develop new corporate commitments and policy endorsements to address the racial wealth divide. Prior to joining, Colleen was the Economic Policy Advisor to Senator Debbie Stabenow. In this role, Colleen managed the Senator’s economic portfolio, including policy related to financial services, tax, small business, job creation, community development, manufacturing, and housing. She earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill. She currently serves as a Professor of Practice at UNC teaching courses on ESG and social impact.
