Cynthia Querio oversees the logistics of Socrates seminars, scholarships, and programming. Previously, she was Program Associate at the Getty Foundation. At the Foundation she assisted with art history and conservation initiatives and managed the Getty Marrow Undergraduate Internship program. She holds a Master’s degree from the Courtauld Institute of Art as well as a bachelor’s from Stanford University. Cynthia originally moved to Los Angeles to be a graduate intern in the Getty Villa’s Education Department. Before returning to the Getty in 2012, she worked in education departments at museums across Los Angeles, including LACMA, the Norton Simon, and MOCA. Her interests are in building networks and connecting professionals through education and discourse.
