Daniela Moctezuma Salas My research has focused on the design of new programs focused on small and medium enterprises led by women, and on gender inclusion in the agriculture sector. At Value for Women, my work focuses on how small and medium enterprises in both rural and urban contexts within Mexico and internationally can improve their operations models by adopting a gender focus. I previously worked at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), and my experience includes conducting gender research in South Asia, Africa and Mexico.
