Dionysus Khalis Rodriguez is a 19-year-old Harlem native, Newark transplant, and proud child of both states. He is a polymath in the process, as he tackles a wide range of skills, as to always stay educated and capable of any job. Visual Art, Music, Acting, Directing, Poetry, Writing, Producing, Culinary, and the list goes on for days. Prior to becoming a Newark Fellow, Dionysus has been, and continues to, work with Yendor Productions/Arts, as an intern, teacher and mentor. He teaches a writing/theater class for Newark students in grade 9-12, where they meet with Drew University students and write/perform pieces made by the Newark students. Dionysus is currently not enrolled in college, as he is focusing on his art and music careers and is slowly gathering a following in his local scenes.
