Dominique Wojcik is the Associate Director of the Aspen Society. In this role, she oversees member engagements nationwide, fostering a dynamic and engaged Aspen Institute community while playing a key role in advancing one of the Institute’s most essential sources of unrestricted support.

Before her role at the Aspen Institute, Dominique was Chief of Staff at the Aspen Art Museum, where she was responsible for structuring both strategic and functional aspects of administration, with a focus on relationship building, executional efficiency, and interdepartmental collaboration. Previously, Dominique also worked with Pace Gallery in Beijing, China, and Christie’s in New York City.

Dominique was raised internationally, and is a dual citizen of the Netherlands and the United States. She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, UK, where she won the Matt Howell Dissertation Prize for her thesis on the politics of mountaineering publications. She is passionate about the exchange of ideas across cultures and disciplines, therein questioning how we can affect the greatest change at the fastest rate, though politics, art, and everyday culture.
