Francisco Heredia (Phoenix, Arizona) serves as National Field Director for Mi Familia Vota, a national Latino serving organization that seeks to increase the civic engagement among Latinos and allies. Most recently, Francisco was leading the One Arizona coalition, a coalition of organizations in Arizona leading the efforts to increase the political power and influence among Latinos, women, and youth in the state. Francisco brings more than a decade worth of experience working in the nonprofit sector, state and federal government, and in politics. He was born and raised by parents who were farm workers close to the Arizona-Mexico border. Francisco lives in Phoenix areas with his wife Carmen and two boys, Israel and Pablo.
