As the Assistant Director of Workforce Development at New Moms, Gabrielle leads the Job Training team and has experience operating in career coaching, job development and training roles. Her team specializes in assisting opportunity youth to find and advance in jobs by eliminating barriers to employment, creating opportunities to succeed, and providing career, financial and executive skills coaching. Gabrielle recently led the effort to pilot a 16-week program that through a blend of classroom and paid on-the-job training at our social enterprise candle company, Bright Endeavors, the participants will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen their professional skills, and prepare to succeed in the workforce. Gabrielle has hosted and developed and state-of-the-art training’s tackling topics about leadership, career readiness, women’s economic empowerment, and career advancement that have streamed throughout the Chicagoland, Great Lakes and New England regions of the country. Gabrielle holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Training.
Gabrielle Caverl-McNeal is a member of the Chicagoland Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
