Jacqueline Cureton has spent most of her career in the Ontario Public Service, working with a wide variety of program areas ranging from supporting workers injured on the job, victims of violence against women and people with disabilities. In her current Ministry, Jacqueline has worked to promote the advancement of Ontario’s interests in labour market policies within the Canadian federation, led efforts to integrate and streamline employment and training services across ministries to make a more integrated system and led the Ministry’s policy development contributing to a government wide employment strategy for people with disabilities. In her current role, Jacqueline provides ongoing leadership and support to the Ministry for effective and consistent delivery of employment and training programs keeping the needs of the client at the center of discussions.
Jacqueline Cureton is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2018, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
