Jennifer Posthumus, Manager of Employer & Stakeholder Engagement with Toronto Employment and Social Services, has broad experience in employment program design, project management, and partnership development. Her portfolio is focused on advancing the City’s Workforce Development Strategy, as it relates to private sector engagement, community capacity building, and inclusionary hiring. Jennifer manages the Partnership to Advance Youth Employment, an initiative aimed at increasing youth access to job preparation supports and employment opportunities in a variety of in-demand sectors.

Jennifer Posthumus is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2016-17, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
